324 East Superior Street
324 East superior Street was the first of the two buildings built to house Quality Printing Company, Inc. It has a large, carpeted open office at the front, two smaller size office spaces immediately behind the front office with large plate glass windows, and the remainder is a large open area. The building is concrete block construction. It has hot water baseboard heating throughout, with separate Air conditioning and environmental control system for summer months. Great lighting via multiple 8-foot fluorescent light bars, with smaller 4-foot light bars in the smaller office areas. There are two separate rest rooms, and a large utility sink with hot and cold water supply. The 324 East Superior Street building is located immediately next to the former General Telephone Building. There is plenty of parking at the rear of the building that is shared with tenants in the 320 East Superior Street building next door, and a large open parking lot to the West.
320 East Superior Street
320 East Superior Street is the newest of the two buildings and housed the Quality Printing Company, Inc. 1986 expansion. The front door opens into a large, spacious, carpeted, waiting area with adjoining offices and conference room. In the front center of the building, there is a small kitchenette with sink and adequate counter space, and access to the two restrooms. At the rear of the interior is a very large carpeted open area that can accommodate more offices or a large meeting area for seminars and other activities.
